About Us

We are a dedicated local community support organisation committed to fostering collaboration and engagement across North London. Our three main areas of focus are, Health, Education and Employment. 

We work closely with a diverse range of service providers, schools, community-based specialists, as well as coaching and mentoring teams. Our efforts are strengthened by a growing network of strong partnerships with local authorities, businesses, community leaders, and grassroots organisations, allowing us to effectively address the unique needs of the communities we serve.

Our mission is to deliver innovative and impactful community programmes that engage not only young people, but also their families. These programmes are thoughtfully designed to provide a holistic, wraparound approach that empowers individuals to overcome challenges, amplify their voices, and achieve their full potential. We strive to create opportunities for all community members to excel, thrive, and succeed, free from the barriers that often limit personal and collective growth.

 Our approach is grounded in early intervention and proactive engagement, ensuring that support is available from the first point of contact, with the goal of creating a meaningful and lasting impact.

Our team works collaboratively with communities and youth organisations to offer a wide range of services, including youth referrals, employment support, work-based training, mentoring, tailored assistance, and various educational opportunities. We also provide guidance for individuals seeking support within the criminal justice system, as well as personal advice and family assistance for those affected in any way. Our goal is to reach those in communities who are often impacted by social exclusion, particularly individuals who have experienced difficulties engaging with mainstream services.

We have experienced professionals who have over 15 years of experience in community-based settings, we deliver evidence-based programmes and methods designed to foster individual progress. Through our extensive network of community partners, we are ideally equipped to address critical issues and offer meaningful direction.
